Read the predator/prey wiki to find the answer to your question. Predator/prey isn't specific to vore, so long as an interaction between a predatory animal and their prey occurs, such as a fox interacting with a bunny, it can apply.

Also the manufacturer is delta force which a cursory glance online sounds like their knives are decent.

I was always bummed I missed the microtech sith Lord otf knife so I settled for a knock off. It looks cool and feels decent, I wasn't actually going to carry it so I guess it does what I wanted the real one for for cheaper.

From what I understand you get 1 neuteral for every broken rule which goes to negative for repeated infractions. So count the number of individual rules and there's your answer... Or you can take a page out of Chaser's book and get records that way.
