Mimikyu is a ghost/fairy-type Pokémon. Mimikyu is a small shadowy Pokémon whose body is hidden under a veil, which is a rather shoddy disguise of a Pikachu, whose facial features appear to be drawn on in crayon. It also carries a zig-zag stick resembling a lightning bolt to create a tail for its costume. Only its beady black eyes are visible through holes in the torso of its disguise. It may be able to don disguises of other Pokémon species as well?

Mimikyu as a character was announced as a part of the new group of Pokémon featured in the Sun and Moon games.
