Copyright: pepper in the sandbox

Pepper in the Sandbox was initially conceived in April 2017, with it being the title for the first art of artist Ruffu's original character Pepper. It was subsequently used as the title of the coloring book published in August 2020 featuring the young Pepper and her family.

It was later expanded to a character universe with the addition of Paddy and Merina/Meryl and eventually released as a webcomic. An offshoot comic was released in September 2022 and a pilot comic in May 2025
