cock ring
A ring that is placed around a penis (sometimes around the penis and balls), usually at the base. It is primarily used to slow the flow of blood from the erect penile tissue, thus maintaining erection for a much longer period of time.
Not to be confused with Prince Albert piercing, a ring-style penis piercing.
