Flo Feline is an original creator by the animation youtuber Rocky Rakoon. She is tuxedo cat with green hair and brown fur around her mouth. Her main outfit consists of a white t-shirt and rainbow overalls. However she is seen in a yellow sponge textured bikini in summer themed videos

Flo has a more innocent and playful personality and a running gag is that she has to be hypnotized to do anything naughty while her friends are all able to do it on their own
