Copyright: the legend of spyro

The Legend of Spyro is a trilogy of games in the Spyro the Dragon series, released from 2006-2008. It is an alternate continuity to the previous games, with a much darker and more detailed plot. The three games are:

• A New Beginning (2006)
• The Eternal Night (2007)
• Dawn of the Dragon (2008)

The games are most notable for introducing the character of Cynder, a female black dragon who, after being fought as an antagonist in the first game, becomes a deuteragonist and Spyro's eventual love interest.

A movie was planned, but never came past (previously unreleased) script draft and got cancelled in 2009. One of the characters made specifically for the script draft, Pox, eventually made an appearance in arts.
