JumpStart Games, formerly known as Knowledge Adventure, was a company known for making children's educational software on CD-ROM in the 1990s, before spreading out into other child-friendly media. Their flagship franchise was the JumpStart series, which the company changed their name to reflect in 2012.
The company went bankrupt on June 30, 2023, and all games and services under their umbrella at the time were discontinued. The sole exception was Neopets (owned by JumpStart since 2014), which was purchased from them and separated into an independent company at the last minute.
