A type of coat that is much longer than most, often going to the knees. It is intended to be worn over other clothing. It is hard to tell from drawings, but a peacoat is basically the same thing but with a thinner material.

This should probably imply outerwear, alongside hoodies, jackets, overalls(dungarees), ponchos, and so on.
