The youngest of the three brothers in Daniel Chong's webcomic The Three Bare Bears and the animated series We Bare Bears. In the webcomic Ice Bear is quite talkative, while in the animated series he is less direct though in both he still refers to himself in the third person. Ice Bear is voiced by Demetri Martin.

Ice Bear is shown to be the reliable member of the trio, doing most of the chores such as cleaning and cooking (he is quite a good chef in fact). Ice Bear is also multilingual, being shown speaking some Japanese, Russian and he can even communicate with pigeons. also Ice Bear can play the bagpipes and has some martial arts training. Secretly Ice Bear harbors a desire to become a ninja.
