Andy is a fan-made dino character created by the Snoot Game community.

His most notable appearance was in the Snoot Game module titled Puppet Pals.

He is a blue-scaled stegosaurian with blue plates going down from his back to the end of his long tail, a black mop of slightly messy hair, and his eyes are grey with blue sclera.

Andy is often shown wearing a white long-sleeved shirt under a blue sweater vest and an orange necktie around his collar. He also wear grey slacks and grey sneakers.
