Character: zyla garthori (zylo garoh)

Zyla Garthori (doubtful that it's her real name) is a 28 years old red fox and belongs to Zylo_Garoh / StormWave (Same user, different accounts). The CEO of ZylaTech and supervillain that specializes in mind control is an alternate version of the superhero Stormwave. While canonically having the larger chest of the two due to being 8 years older, the two Zylas are often depicted as having almost the same breast size.

Her goal is rather simple: World domination. And getting her boots licked.

The majority of Zyla's fur is orange and white with dips of green and black at the tips of her ears and tail. She also has black hair with green highlights.

Her outfit consists of a green and black latex bodysuit that covers her entire body from the neck down (including her tail) and a pair of high heeled latex thigh boots. Sometimes green cuffs are added to the outfit, giving it an even more bdsm-y look. A stylized red "Z" decorates the left side of her chest and the center of her back.

Like her hero counterpart Zyla possesses electrokinetic abilities, but uses them in a different way. Instead of wielding lightnings, she uses her powers for the manipulation of electronic device and her victim's thoughts. Her being in the vicinity is enough to brainwash even the more resistant heroes.
Besides her powers, Zyla also has the funds and technology of her company to further and cover up her goals. The high-tech products of ZylaTech are actually hidden mind alteration technology and physical augmentations.
The limits of her electricity manipulation aren’t fully explored. In contrast to Stormwave, Zyla doesn’t seem to be able to throw lightning like her, leaving her defenseless if none of her drones are around and her opponent is trained against mind control.
But the biggest weakness of this vixen is her own hubris. Even the thought that there might be other individuals that can keep up with the great Queen Zyla doesn’t come to her mind. Hence, when she comes face to face with someone like Zaide , who possesses the same ambition and equally strong mind control powers or someone as experienced as The Artificer Zyla might lose the fight.

Even when Zyla isn't around, her drones ensure that her presence is felt. While heroes and other people with superpowers are preferred targets there are a multitude of reasons someone might end up as a drone. Knowing too much about Zyla, being at the wrong place at the wrong time, having seen something they shouldn’t have, applying to ZylaTech, completing their job to capture a hero and staying to receive their payment, having the audacity to be a heroic alternate version of Queen Zyla (She especially dislikes this one) or the simple fact that they won’t be missed should they disappear.
The get-up of the drones while varying in the type of clothing is always modeled after Zyla’s own latex bodysuit. Thus, all of them wear green and black latex clothes that cover as much of their body as possible. In combination with the latex masks most of them wear, they often end up looking like they wear a gimp suit. Mind control visors and high heels are often present, but not always. In order to humiliate former heroes Zyla often puts them into latex maid dresses and lets them clean up her throne room. The mindwiped heroes will otherwise continue their work as normal to not arouse suspicion and in some cases even be more effective. Them wearing ZylaTech branded clothing is nothing special for heroes and welcome advertisement for the company.
There is also a more advanced version of these drones, the V2 drones.

Nanites injected into the victim replace the entirety of their organs with high tech. Muscles are strengthened, senses honed and obedience ensured. The need to sleep, eat or even breath is replaced with daily charging. Thinking is altered to include Zyla’s preferred title and negative emotions towards her are straight up negated. The clothes and fur broken down on the molecular level to be turned into latex replacing their skin. The drone’s mouth is sealed shut with no need to breathe and a projector/speaker allows them to communicate instead.
Worst of all? The victim is still conscious at this point, the mind control has yet to take full hold. They feel themself ceasing to breathe and their heart stopping to beat. Only afterwards are the memories buried under layers of programming, stored to be used if the drone needs information from its past. Names replaced by letters and digits. Finally, the drone doesn’t see itself as a person anymore. Just the property of Queen Zyla. (While freedom from this state seems impossible the existence of equally sophisticated technology and straight up magic leave open the possibility of recovery.)
If you wonder why the public doesn’t realize that these drones are brainwashed people, the answer is a mix of obliviousness and stellar PR work of ZylaTech.

Zyla actually belongs to the less perverted villains of her world. Instead of tying up and banging the defeated heroes/heroines Zyla prefers to turn them into willess drones, clad them into latex from head to toe and let them lick her boots... Okay, scratch the less perverted one. She's just as kinky as the other ones.

Please note that telling apart Stormwave and Zyla Garthori (the villain version) is quite difficult if they don't wear their respective hero/villain outfits. Older pictures might also include allusions to both versions of Zyla. The character wasn't yet split into a hero and a villain version in these. The artwork being commissioned by Zyla or Stormwave doesn't differentiate them either, both accounts belong to the same person.
