The Smoke Room is a horror and romance visual novel formerly published by Echo Project until 2024 where it countinued under Goodnight Fellowship. The visual novel was first released in 2019.
The story focuses on the main protagonist, Samuel Ayers, who attempts to hide the truth behind a recent tragedy in town. The Smoke Room is a standalone story that also functions as a prequel to Echo, taking place nearly a century beforehand in 1915.

- Samuel Ayers: A male prostitute mountain lion working and living at an infamous brothel in Echo.
- William Adler: A serious-minded coyote and the town's sheriff.
- Nikolai Krol: a soft-spoken european badger and miner.
