One of the characters made in Futaba channel. Originally she is based on a shitpost that includes a phrase このスレには悪魔がおる (kono sure ni wa akuma ga oru, "there's a devil in this thread") posted on May 15th, 2006 there.
She calls herself a devil, but appears to be a furry dog girl with blond hair, dark gray fur, pointed ears, wearing a blue dress.
