When a character with a penis such as a male, gynomorph, or herm has their own penis in their mouth. This is usually done when a character has a huge penis, hyper penis, or is flexible enough to get their penis in their mouth for example and is commonly done as a form of oral masturbation (autofellatio in this case) or may be autofellating themselves while they're being penetrated (autofellatio while penetrated).
