The extreme version of small head. Posts tagged tiny head should also be tagged small head.
Characters with heads that are disproportionately tiny compared to their body.
For fully grown adults, the head is usually 1/7th or 1/8th of their total height. This tag is for heads vastly smaller than this, under 1/20th of the height.

This is frequently, but not always, indicative of a character being extremely tall. This is the inverse of very short characters having a big head to emphasize their shortness.
