A meme clothing outfit popularized mainly by kemono artists. 巫女ハイレグ or "miko high-leg" in Japanese.
It is a miko outfit whose lower half is a close-fitting leotard which exposes a large amount of thigh, rather than loose robes or an hakama. This is often paired with an obi, detached sleeves, and thigh highs.
