Followers are recruitable NPC characters in the video game "Cult of the Lamb". Their worship and sacrifice are the source of the Lamb's growing power though they require periodic care to keep them alive and loyal.

They come in many forms. Most of which are based off of animals, mythological creatures and even boss characters. Their names, appearance and traits are randomly generated or pre-determined if they came from defeated boss characters though their appearance and color can be altered once recruited.

Players will find them on crusades cowering in fear and wearing only rags. Once they are indoctrinated into the Lambs cult their clothing is magically transformed into symbol-printed red clothing. They come in two variants depending on their job assignment: Workers wear T-shirts while worshippers wear robes. Both variants have retractable hoods worn on rituals. More specialized jobs give them more attires to wear such as hats for lumberers, helmets for miners and priest robes and hat for refiners though they revert back to their normal clothing once they leave their work stations. When they reach old age they swap their red attire for pure white robes and a walking stick.

When they dissent their sclera turn red and they gain another set of pupils.
