Mitsuki Akagawa is a character initially created by Amino user Mitsuki ♡ Chan. She is presently co-owned by SmashUniverse64 and Gyro-Furry, and is featured in their Clearwater Chronicle universe. She is an anthropomorphic female fennec fox with white hair that covers her right eye, blue eyes, and a blue, black, and tan gradient in her fur. She has very wide hips in comparison to the modest size of her breasts. Her most common accessories are her ear piercings which she is almost always seen wearing.

Mitsuki and her family moved to Pit City in Clearwater when she was young. A very shy and meek person, Mitsuki was most comfortable alone and listening to the sounds of the city. Her favorite sights would inspire abstract, often fantastical paintings that she would eventually gain the courage to release online. Poached for her art, she was hired by Liz Payne and brought into her company Neon Inc as the official graphic designer. Much of her art hangs on the walls of Neon Inc's studio. While she is very humble and quick to shy away from praise, she does enjoy the company of Liz and Nix and considers them her closest friends.
