Small top big bottom is where the character being penetrated is larger in size than the one penetrating. For example, a naturally small imp anally/vaginally penetrating a normally larger human or demon would count towards this tag. However, this does not necessarily involve small dom big sub and in fact must not be confused with that tag. The tag power bottom is only applicable if the small top in question is playing the sub.
