cum from nose
A tag used for when a character has cum leaking from their nose, with the implication that, during fellatio, there was so much cum that the character could not swallow all of it, then vomits it back up after being swallowed (due to excessive volume or similar), or that there has been so much cum deposited while engaging in anal penetration or vaginal penetration that it has completely filled the insides of the character, and is searching for an escape.
This is often coupled with cum from mouth.
