Big Anus describes an anus that is notably more prominent and larger than usual, but not unrealistically large (or disproportionately so). A character's butt cheeks should be able to cover their anus, and it will not stick out past them, as it would with larger sizes of anus.

Compare with/not to be confused with:

puffy_anus: Not all puffy anuses are big, and not all big anuses are puffy, but there is often crossover between the two.
gaping_anus: This is a stretched or "open" anus, regardless of size.
