Why not? I added the upload_policy_2.7 tag to my blacklist so I wouldn't have to see posts about it, like this one clearly is.

This post only makes vague references, the tag has been reserved for explicit references and mentions.

upload_policy_2.7:
It should not be added to posts which do not directly reference the policy, such as examples of content that would not be allowed on FA under the new policy, or content explicitly allowed by the policy.

Ok, I legitimately do not understand why post #4061531 gets the tag and this one doesn't. They both reference the rule, they both have a character speak as if they themselves are no longer allowed to be featured on the site as per the rule, and neither of them explicitly reference it by verbally naming the rule or name-dropping FA. In my eyes, they have the same level of relevance.

The tag was removed from post #4078118 due to that post just offhandedly mentioning asking for an id, I asked internally and this post [post #4061531] was left alone due to saying "illegal now".
