Is there a way to display only posts that have not been blacklisted, without the empty pages in between that tell you that there are hidden posts and why they are hidden?

The blacklist is handled locally on your machine, not the server. Nothing short of subtracting your blacklist terms from your search query will do this. fav:FurBrowser -death
re621 has a "Persistent tags" feature that will automate this for you by editing every search query you make.
