create implication kumiho (316) -> fox_spirit (2608)
create implication nogitsune (28) -> fox_spirit (2608)

Reason: If we want to get technical, huli_jing, kumiho, and nogitsune should be de-implicated from mythological_fox and re-implcated to fox_spirit, since that's what they are.

Of course, this brings up whether there's any point to keeping mythological_fox. I say yes. There aren't that many mythological foxes that aren't fox spirits, but we do have a picture of the Teumessian vixen of Greek myth and a tulikettu of Finnish myth. Naturally, we can't imply the Teumessian fox to mythological fox due to being a character instead of a species, but we can safely imply tulikettu. Perhaps someday we'll also have an aguara as well (hint, hint ;) ).

Edit: Because I may have screwed up with the above (see below), tulikettu has been removed from this BUR (also see below).

Might want to consider the reason they were separated in the first place, see topic #30625.

I wasn't in the Discord for that discussion, so I'm not clear on the logic. :\ Nevertheless, if I put my foot in my mouth (again), tulikettu is now in its own BUR.
