yes! you can view a pool's individual page by either going to the pools section of the site and clicking on a pool or by clicking on the name of the pool on the page of a post that it's in (e.g. https://e621.net/pools/38768)
these pages will show all the images in a pool all at once, and this pairs especially well with re621's hover zoom feature
edit: i should clarify that there are 2 different ways to display the main pools master page: theres e621.net/pools/ which just displays each pool as the title with a hyperlink and noting else, then there's e621.net/pools/gallery which shows them in a grid pattern similar to the main posts page and has the first post in the pool as the cover. i'd recommend searching for your pools using /pools/gallery just so you know what you're getting into with a pool you're not familiar with

I think they meant having all of the pool's images pre-loaded and displayed into a single page for easy browsing, without having to "flip" to the next page.
Scrolling through each pool image on one page like a continuous stream is not possible

Yes this is what I was curious about. Thank you for the response Donovan. Any chance a feature like that could come in the future?

This didn't answer my question but it was still helpful information. Thank you!

Unlikely, e621 isn't exactly focused on comics. https://yiffer.xyz might be suitable, if they have the comics you're looking for. All the images are on one long page with that site.
