Reason: "tail tip" is the order used for the existing tags, which I think is good. This BUR proposes to alias "tip tail" and "tipped tail" as redirects to "tail tip".

Note: This BUR only includes 12 colors (24 aliases) because otherwise it would go beyond the limit. There are a few more tags that could be aliased after this.

Do we need separate color tags for the tail tip, instead of tagging it as part of the tail? Seems a bit specific, especially for people that tag every available part individually even if it matches the base (e.g. post #3650148 tagged green_fingers + green_hands + green_arms + ... for a character that's completely green). That would also cause problems with implicating <color>_tail_tip -> dipstick_tail when people tag <color>_tail_tip + <color>_tail for the same color.

@sipothac @Cloudpie I updated the BUR to remove Cyan for now.

@Watsit Well, we already have these tags and many thousands of images are tagged with them. I think we should keep them.
