The tag implication #45140 tan_tail_tip -> dipstick_tail has been approved.

Reason: tan_tail_tip, in all of its post, consistently refers to a typically lighter colour of the end of the tail. By essence, this should also quantify as a dipstick tail provided it is tagged in the proper circumstances.

One thing that I've noticed is that spade tails, star tails and other tail appendages are tagged with *_tail_tip. I wouldn't call that dipstick tail, so perhaps they should get their own colors?
