Since Zygarde already implies legendary_pokemon, Zygarde cell, Zygarde core, Zygarde 10% forme and Zygarde complete forme won't need the implication

I couldn't create an implication for zygarde_50_forme to zygarde due to it already being aliased to that tag

By convention, we don't imply alternate forms of Pokémon to the base species, especially when the alternate forms are as different as the various Zygardes.

Zygarde isn't a form in itself, like shaymin or lycanroc it's a collection of different species/forms: zygarde_cell, zygarde_core, zygarde_10_forme, zygarde_50_forme, and zygarde_complete_forme, which it must be one of.

I'm not really sure there is a "base form" of Zygarde. Sure, 50 core came first, but there's nothing known as just "Zygarde", after X and Y at least. it's always either 10 core, 50 core or complete forme. This would line up with how other Pokémon like deoxys or shellos are treated.
