create implication red_tail_tip (636) -> dipstick_tail (102541)
create implication orange_tail_tip (376) -> dipstick_tail (102541)

create implication green_tail_tip (446) -> dipstick_tail (102541)
create implication blue_tail_tip (992) -> dipstick_tail (102541)
create implication purple_tail_tip (453) -> dipstick_tail (102541)
create implication black_tail_tip (1816) -> dipstick_tail (102541)
create implication grey_tail_tip (443) -> dipstick_tail (102541)
create implication white_tail_tip (6367) -> dipstick_tail (102541)

Reason: any tail with a tip is automatically a dipstick tail.
if people want to remove the tail_tip tags this could be redone with aliases, but personally i’d rather keep them.

oh, whoops. thanks for the correction!

pro tip: if you want to delete a BUR request then don't press the hide button on the forum topic page. that'll just delete the forum thread and not the BUR itself
