You can't request a BUR of things that are already being requested. topic #29105, topic #29106, topic #29104, and topic #29103 contain each individual request, and everybody has already been telling you that a suffix is not necessary. A full name is already perfectly unique.

Aside from the other point, yes you can. The BUR itself is telling you so. What you can't do is request BURs that conflict with existing requests, so if one of those aliases had been (erroneously) defined as an implication instead, the BUR would fail.
