With a full name, I don't think the suffix is necessary. This should be flipped and everything should alias to kakukaku_shikajika instead.

There was a discord conversation on the subject, and yeah, I completely agree with you.
But OP was worried about kakukaku_shikajika being used for a manga by the same name. So, here we are.

I've been reviewing the conversations on discord, and I'm in accord with @bitWolfy and @hairnoi.

Honestly, I think "Kakukaku_Shikajika" is a unique enough name, at least for now on e621.
