Glad you got out of there ive heard its hellish there

Yeah. You heard right. Sucks I have to leave my friends there without saying goodbye… the other job opportunity just popped up outta nowhere. I had to take it before I miss it. 😕

Guess I’m back to working for the government once again. Heh…

Welp, I finally quit Amazon.

Invaluable experience and slavery demands of working 10-12 hours a night is overkill.

Thankfully my old job kept my seniority and accepted me back on the spot. No interview included. And it’s unionized.

Thank you. Fortunately we were able to put Amazon and their terrible managers and worse worker treatment behind us. I'm glad to hear you were able to get out from under their boot as well.

Yeah, Amazon managers are pinnacle assholes. I worked there for 3 years. Nothing’s changed. A $0.60 cent raise every year is just pure mockery. What’s worse, no Christmas bonus! Unlike the Union I work for does. I’m glad a few others are following suit was well…

Good on you. To hell with Amazon and their terrible treatment of workers. They treated my partner like dirt at the call center and more than once an entire post-work night was spent crying/cleaning up from crying.

I didn't know you had to do some boring stuff to get the original source, sigh...maybe I should stick with twitter, baraag and inkbunny lol.

You might want to be a bit careful too with inkbunny, especially with non greyscale/black and white posts

For the janitors who are looking through my replacement request, I am so SO SORRY for the mess I did with my latest bsky uploads...

Turns out, I don't hate socializing. I just hate talking to people who have no idea what the hell am I on about.

Btw, I have irl friends now. Would you believe that I'm not the only furry who lives within 100 miles of my home?

So are blips just like-- lil' threads for users outside of the comment sections?

Blips is kinda a universal general/off-topic thread at this point. kinda like what an old forum I used to frequent called "The Twitter Thread".

it used to have a bit more functionality, with a user's blips and/or mentions (I can't remember which it was) showing up on the user profile.

Why the fuck are all these people, including some animations I view, promoting ads for Block Blast?

Is it THAT popular?

Whenever I think I am too desensitized to have any significant reaction from seeing one picture alone, e6 throws something at me that makes me gag several times before I mange to grab relevant tag for my blacklist and scramble out of the page. Just to keep me humble.

Also I bet you're referring to spicykiwi's (plush) stuff which has frequently become a victim to the effect.

this is what I initially noticed it on, yeah, before seeing it on nearly all the pages of pool #44148 that were sourced from twitter. at first I thought it was something happening on my phone specifically before also having it happen on the laptop as well.

Speaking of, should we make a tag for it? (Or at least an umbrella tag for site forced visual errors that aren't generic stuff like compression)

like rendering_error or something?

Recently when I was shopping, I noticed two toddlers watching “The Amazing Digital Circus” on their iPad.

I thought: “Oh, good Lord…” 😅
