so, just arguing with someone in YouTube comments yesterday; clicked on their profile picture to check the "comments on this channel" section and see if they'd said any other dumb shit on the same or another video. I clicked on one of the comments to see its context, but just then, for the briefest of moments, something catches my eye before the new page starts to load in... I go and take a second look and, sure enough, this dude has a zeta (ζ) in the channel name... "I mean, maybe this person just likes the way the symbol looks dosn't know wha--" click to view the channel and the banner is just black, green, teal, and I feel the immediate urge to go wash my hands.

fuck

This is right up there with the 'mandatory team meeting' that uses up an entire day, accomplishes nothing of value, and puts us behind by a full day's run of production etc.

I don't want to "feel like part of a team." I don't feel compelled to "build relationships at work." I just want to do my job, go home, and pretend to be a dumb noseless noodle on the internet.

Bet you are jealous because I happen to have super powers! The power I have is frequently forgetting important words out of sentences, and producing incoherent trash 😌

Nothing quite like going back to work and finding that the person who was supposed to cover for you while you were out, did no such thing.

One of those instances where no manager would've been preferable to the one I have now.

there are a strange amount of artists who have multiple posts not tagged young but very small and childish bodies

it's almost a year since I registered this account

pls submit bids to sponsor my username for the next year

or maybe I'll fuck around and find Jesus and delete it again :3

Hey are the tag search cap and blacklist limits still a thing?

I faintly recall there being limit for how much stuff you can blacklist, but I cannot find any information on limits, and I know for sure that there used to be limit for how many items you could include to your searches, but I have not met any limit yet with my convoluted searches.

There's a limit of 40 tags in a search, and an insanely long character limit for blacklists you will never be able to hit. I've tried and the problem is the blacklist takes exponentially longer to update

If you wanna know all the funky limits go here

Thanks to that whole mess, this image is going to give me a really weird feeling whenever I see it.

(for context a lot of the compromised accounts doing the spamming had their avatars changed to this)

I primarily use it to argue with/explain to users who are doing bad tagging, essentially it's the "why I'm right and you're wrong" section. also occasionally, I'll add a note there if it's a weird edge case and I'm kinda iffy on.

writing an explanation for every tag edit would be exhausting and mostly pointless.
