@vex714: we don't use glaze but rather Teflon paper ( I think ) that keeps everything from sticking together. Firing is the next department so I'm not sure what type of kiln they use When the carts are unloaded I can feel the heat from it like 10 ft away

@Doomguy666: Now that's a hot kiln. Must be nice during the winter.

Sounds like a fun job. The worst part is that dry feeling on your hands after you try washing the clay off. But I don't think in your position you have to deal with that much.
