In some areas, sure, with ample hydroelectric or geothermal. What about power grids heavily dependant on coal like the US, China, Mexico, et al.

@Sharp_Coyote: For me it depends on where a nuclear facility ought to be placed. Like should they be in earthquake prone areas? I got to thinking that nuclear isn't as bad as I used to think thanks to that article from NotMeNotYou.
