@Ratte: Sounds like a firmware issue. Some devices used to store the firmware themselves but were prone to resetting, requiring everything to be installed again because it was wiped. I think most just let the PC do it, but not all developers are current.

@kamimatsu: No idea, all I know is that it's an ongoing problem and I still have this issue with my Create, which I only just bought about three years ago. Granted, it's an older model by now, but I still hear complaints about newer models despite this.

@kamimatsu: Plus Wacom tablets are more like "tiers" rather than distinct systems as one driver is supposed to fit all in a generation/category and not just the specific model.
