.pv-actions should have justify-self: end rather than text-align: right. using the version you shared, the action buttons' container covers up most of the post:version ID on my end.

That shouldn't be possible with grid, can I see what it looks like?

Date and user are the same element in HTML, can't really change that, but doesn't seem like a problem either.
