Redesigned the look of post changes on mobile: before, after.
There's still some room for improvements, but at least now it's quite usable 👍👍👍.

.pv-actions should have justify-self: end rather than text-align: right. using the version you shared, the action buttons' container covers up most of the post:version ID on my end.

although... looking at it now that it's laid out better, it's even more glaringly odd that the user and date are in the same cell, without it even mentioning what the date means.
