Skooma is a fictional narcotic/beverage within The Elder Scrolls universe. It is used either recreationaly or to improve performance in battle. Effects begin with delusional euphoria followed by prolonged lethargy.
It is extremely addictive and illegal across Tamriel.

Skooma is made from refined moon sugar, which produces a crystalline substance which is eventually smoked or drank in its liquid form.

Gameplay
In Oblivion, drinking it temporarily increases the Players Speed and Strength while also damaging their Stamina and Intelligence.
