Butt hug describes a character wrapping their arms around the (usually large) rear of another character, while their upper body is level with the character's lower body. Oftentimes, the character is shown shoving their face in between the other character's cheeks, or squishing the side of their face into one of the character's butt cheeks (going cheek to "cheek"). Less commonly, a character will hug from the front of the other character, sometimes while performing cunnilingus or fellatio.
Butt hugging is often associated with butt worshipping, can be a part of facesitting, and/or can involve rimming.
