Sergals are the most well-known fictional species in the Vilous universe created by Japanese artists Mick Ono and Kiki-Uma.
They have various features which make them reminiscent of many different Earth species including sharks, rabbits, kangaroos, canines, reptiles and avians.
While they are covered in mammal-like fur, they are ovoviviparous, and their scientific classification can be considered to be in-between mammals and reptiles.

General Rain Silves is the most widely known sergal. While sergals have become known on the internet for having a monstrously violent and sexually deviant nature, this behavior is generally confined to Rain Silves and those under her influence.
In contrast, most sergals are rather friendly, kind, lighthearted, and decent, likeable individuals overall. Notably, they are culturally pansexual and polygamous, so their view and attitude towards sex is very casual and open. As such, they have little to no prejudice or aversion towards things such as homosexuality.

For clarity, sergals are not mammals. However, they typically look like them and should generally be tagged as such.

Some female sergals have a prehensile clitoral hood.
