freckled breasts

Freckles - clustered dots or spots of darker pigmented skin, on a character's breasts.

With characters who are covered in fur, scales or feathers, these freckles would actually, technically, be darker spots which merely resemble freckles. However, as with anthro characters sweating and blushing, this is done with artistic license, and accepted as freckles.
