A bulge portrayed in a character's throat. This is most often caused by the following:

• A large penis, tentacle, or insertion entering through the mouth and going very deep.
• Swallowing food, liquid, an object, or another character.

Note that this tag shouldn't be used for characters that have a prominent ''Adam's apple''.
