When a character has their arm on top of another's shoulder. It can also be a character's arm on their own shoulder, through such a thing would be very difficult to pull off without breaking, detaching, or dislocating the arm.

Hand on shoulder doesn't count; it has to be a part of the arm between the shoulder and the wrist that's resting on the shoulder.
