Threading of two or more characters at once by the same penis/tentacle/snake/dildo/etc., like a sort of sexually explicit kebab. Like most other threading sub-tags, this isn't limited to the usual anus-to-mouth kind of threading, and can apply even with mismatched threading.

If only one character is being penetrated all the way through and the second is only being penetrated without emerging back, you're looking for thread transfer instead.

Note that all_the_way_through is generally considered non-violent. At the moment, there is no tag equivalent to serial_threading for impalement/fully_impaled.
