Going off the idea that they're all separate strings of mace heads, and not one massive, continuous chain, it kinda makes sense that they each have 2 bulges. Well, okay, it doesn't, but it DOES. It is widely considered that herms have two urethras (one at the penis and one directly above the vagina) that share the same bladder. So, with that in mind, I believe this is a stupidly long string of mace-head anal beads connecting far more than just the three we see here.
