Phantom is a shiny Umbreon who enjoys breathplay, frequently seen wearing a Dawn Stone collar, which blocks his ability to Shadowslip, an ability not seen in other Umbreon, which normally allows him to escape bondage and peril by moving between shadows cast by different light sources. The darker coloration of his rings along with his "scar marks" that grew back with ring-fur are key distinguishing qualities.
