Self-harm scars on top-side of breasts

• Gland issue caused luka to develop enormous breasts. (ongoing issue, started about a year ago)
• Family unable to afford masectomy (currently saving up)
• Immensely dysphoric about his chest, tries to acknowledge them as little as possible. Gets angry if others don't do the same.
• Extremely anxious and easily prone to aggression. Avoids being in public as much as possible.
• Doesn't start fights but gets into them often, never wins.
• Has poor sleep quality due to stressful dreams.
• Main friend group used to be gang of bullies, all have turned on him since Luka became a liability.
• Currently seeing school counselor (Elijah Bailey) , no longer self harming.
• Is often seen alone, instinctually acts hostile to those that interact with him. Counselor has recommended he open up to the idea of making new friends.
• Refuses to wear a bra, wardrobe mostly consists of baggy Tshirts ordered online or bought at the big n' tall store.
• Used to be a gymnast ever since he was young. Quit the sport due to his chest overdeveloping, currently does yoga at home as a replacement.
• Overcompensates heavily on his masculine behaviour, desperately wants to be cool.
• Will angrily lob swears when annoyed. Tries to not swear around his mother.
• Bandaids change every other day, likes red ones on his face.

Likes: Violent videogames, Minecraft, Gymnastics, Stretching, Knives, Guns, Spicy food, Honest people, Cool anime fights.

Dislikes: Girls, Girly-things, Backpain, People staring, Society, Societal expectations, being Name-called.
