Facial cheeks that are large enough to take up a significant portion of the character's head. Typically seen on overweight or obese characters.
Big_cheeks tend to create a distinct volume on the head or ride up on other parts of the face, creating a visible fold. Not mutually exclusive with chubby_cheeks.
