Kito_Suiet is an OC created by Tiiii12.

Kito was from a colony of Avali that was lost on its way to world it was meant to inhabit. Generations passed since the colony was lost,finding their way to a borderline inhospitable planet, in that time all memory of the wider Avali Illuminate was forgotten. The culture that was created following this was very akin to the avali culture of old.

Finding some old Avali technology, kito grew interested in finding out more of their history, and began to archeological digs. His packmates however, were not as enthusiastic as he was, believing digging up these sites constituted grave robbing and disturbing the dead. Eventually, growing fearful of the potential repercussions that could befall the entire pack, they decided to abandon Kito.

After being abandoned a great depression washed over him. Many times he would try and find a new pack, but each time they simply viewed him as grave robber and feared what curses he could bring to them. Eventually he found his way to the central commune. Though the packs were mostly nomadic, they still had a central city that each one would visit every few years. Kito was born here, and he wanted to die here. But then he noticed the central structure.

At the center of the commune stood a grand structure, remembering an old hologram he saw in one of his many digs, kito realized the structure must be what was shone on that hologram! With a renewed vigor, Kito sped off to the structure, determined to find out what it was, and hopefully, find out their history.

The structure had been taken over by the city's head pack, they were biggest pack on the planet, and they weren't known to be the most forgiving when it came to breaking laws. But Kito needed to get in, and getting in would require he broke a few laws managing to find a breach in the side of the building, he climbed inside it was a tight fit, but nothing he hadn't done before in his digs. He snuck his way all the way to what seemed to be a mess hall before he was caught.

The gaurds decided to take him directly to the pack elders. They resided in a room unlike anything Kito had seen before. The far wall was made entirely out of an orange glass, beautiful lights danced around the room, the pack's cloths and blankets hung off every wall and ceiling. His breath was taken away and he was left awestruck. The gaurd had to shake him lightly to get his attention.

The elders demanded to know why he had broken in, and Kito explained his reasoning stating he simply wished to find out more about their history, and that he saw the structure within a hologram. The Elders seemed confused, intrigued, and hesitant, but they decided to allow Kito to look around at the old terminals, seeing as most of them had broken.

Finding one terminal that was active Kito began to look through it, but their language was different now, the best he could do was pickup bits and pieces. While going through different parts of the terminal he must have clicked something because a pop-up came on screen. Only able to make out one word "call" he pressed a key, hoping it would remove the popup, instead the terminal went red, and a new pop-up came on screen. This one seemed to be mostly the same as the last but with a few more words and no way to click off. Worried he would get into trouble for breaking the terminal Kito decided it was time to go.

Thanking the elders, kito was escorted out. And he remained in the city for the next 2 days. And just before he exited the walls of the city, there was a strange light in the sky. Then he noticed something, above the clouds. Others took notice as well, it's shadow prevalent on the horizon. A smaller shape came out of it, and came down through the clouds.

It landed just outside the city, and Kito was able to get a good look at it, it was similar in design to the structure, and he ran towards it, but was stopped by the gaurds of the city, who quickly surrounded the vessel, one gaurd being blown back by a strong gust of wind coming from the back of the vessel. Kito began to get worried.

The vessel finally moved, a hatch on the side opening, and out came an oddly colored Avali. It was unusual for avali to paint their feathers, but this one was different, the vibrant colors seemed to be a natural part of them. She spoke, hands held up so they could see she was holding nothing, but they couldn't understand her. Instead electing to move closer, spears drawn. Kito ran forward and tried to get the gaurds to stop, it was obvious this Avali wasn't a threat. After some convincing they backed away and allowed Kito to try and talk with the stranger.

The stranger seemed thankful, and sat on the steps leading into the strange vessel, patting the step beside her, cautiously, kito sat down next to her. She tried talking to him, but kito was only able to pick up on certain words, repeating those out loud. She began to use hand gestures to try and translate, pointing to an object, saying it's word and kito would do the same. Eventually they managed a very choppy conversation.

The crowd around the ship had grown exponentially at this point, the elders themselves had come down to see what was going on. More gaurds were trying to hold back the horde of people, turning outwards to the crowd, rather than inwards to the vessel. Kito was able to parse why she came, then she gestured to the inside of the ship. Noticing she was uncomfortable, and seemed to be extremely hot, kito went in with her, and almost went into shock from the sudden cold.

The stranger helped him to a seat, giving him a blanket to help. It was clear his feathers were not enough to keep him warm in this environment. They continued talking. For what felt like hours they talked, sometimes going on rants about life that the other obviously did not understand, but neither cared. After the sun had set the stranger pointed out the hatch at the sky, to the shape above the clouds. She asked this lonely Avali, who had been separated from his pack a 7 word question, but Kito only understood 3, "you with me?"

The hatch began to close, the elders shouted, and the gaurds ran to it, calling for Kito, the pair realized they should probably told them what was going on, but it was too late now, the vessel began to lift upwards and Kito felt a new sensation, and also fear. The full situation dawning on him. Reaching into his bag he found what he was looking for, his hunting knife. It wasn't much, but he decided to keep it close, just in case.

The ride to the shape was quiet. Tension that wasn't there before was thick now. The stranger noticed how nervous Kito was and reached out to put a hand on his shoulder but decided against it. When they finally made it to the shape they landed again, and the hatch opened. The sight Kito was met with was like something from a story. The afterlife maybe? Had the stranger killed him? Was she an angel? When she took his hand and lightly pulled, smiling at Kito, he snapped back and followed. The inside of the shape was just as cold as the small vessel. A couple of strangely dressed Avali flanked either side of three others, they too were vibrant and colorful, it almost made Kito's eyes hurt.

The three Avali who stood there walked up and greeted Kito, the stranger who he had conversed with began to talk with them, and a look of understanding began to etch across their faces. Kito just stood there awkwardly. Eventually the stranger led him down a hall, the group from before following close behind. After passing many doors, much like those he saw in the grand structure in the city, they stopped at one with a big red cross (sue me red cross) and the door opened with a hiss. Inside this were many beds, and arms above them one bed had an Avali laying in it, the arms seemingly removing its leg!

Kito had a sudden urge to flee, and he upon looking behind him the doors closed, and the two avali who were dressed strangely stood beside it. Kito realized what they were, and what they were wearing, gaurds in armor. Kito suddenly felt as if he was a prisoner, the stranger, as if sensing this, took his hand and led him to a screen. The screen displayed what looked like some sort of tiny square, then it showed the square being inserted into the head of an avali. The stranger pointed at their own neck, as if saying they had it implanted. On the screen it showed the avali talking to another and not understanding what they were saying, then the implants seemingly communicated and suddenly they could speak to each other.

Cautiously kito accepted the implant. Leading him to one of the beds he laid down, and the arms brought a mask to his face. He got very tired after that, and before long he was out...

Waking up on the bed, Kito felt a headache. Rubbing the back of his neck he felt that there was now a bald spot and scar. He was also very cold. The stranger from before asked if he was okay, Kito asked for a blanket. The stranger handed him one and asked how he feels. Kito said he feels fine. The stranger asked what his name was. Kito said Kito. The stranger said she goes by Naun "wait a minute..." kito thought out loud. Turning to the stranger he saw her face light up with laughter. He could understand her now!

Amazed, he proceeded to ask so many questions, Naun got a little overwhelmed and elected to simply take him to a room filled with terminals, all of them were similar to the ones he had found in his digs, but seemed newer. She signed into one and let him look through it, all the text on screen shouldn't have been readable but somehow he was able to read it as if it was his native language. Naun asked him the occasional question, but Kito answered them absent-mindedly. Eventually she sounded a little sad. It confused Kito and brought him out of hisbreading.

"What had she asked?" He wondered. "What did I say?" Naun asked why he was abanded. Kito felt a sudden twinge in his chest, the hole he covered making itself known again. Suddenly the blanket wasn't enough. After explaining the story Naun simply nodded. She sat there in silence for a moment before saying she would be back. Left alone Kito had nothing to do but search this terminal for information. Learning about everything, the illuminate, modern Avali culture. It was all a little overwhelming.

Eventually Naun came back, asking Kito if he would like to stay with them. To join their pack. Kito was surprised, but he agreed. Now part of a pack again, Kito took on the role of translator for the people of his home. Eventually the Illuminate government made its way to the planet, and re integration began, feeling their work was done Kito's new pack decided to go back on it's way exploring the stars. Kito gave his home one last look, and went out with pack to see the stars and explore the unknown.

I realize that I probably put waaaay too much detail into this. Sorry about that. I hope at least someone enjoyed my OC's history. I mostly based it off my romworld gameplay mixed with stellaris stuff I did I've been sitting on it for a while without anywhere to finally put it on paper. So I figured now that I have my OC on this site, why not put it here?
